Support

Underpinning all our solutions is our unparalleled customer support programme, offering you a consistent base of help, advice, information and assistance with your software. All of your support requests are logged, tracked and remain flagged until resolved.

Each request is treated individually and care is taken to assign appropriate members of staff to respond to your support needs. Our support team are friendly, patient and are constantly updating their technical knowledge to benefit our customers.

Extra Training

Sometimes a support call may not be enough. In these cases, fear not – additional training is available for new, returning or current staff needing any specific area, modules or task training for their software.

For new, novice and even experienced users, we aim to provide training which promotes a motivated, skilled and effective workforce through which an organisation can achieve its service objectives.

Our Training days are conducted by experienced MCPC trainers who work with you to design a training day to suit your needs exactly. Our emphasis is on practicality, work-based cases and time efficiency, meaning that all attendees come away confident and prepared to make the most from their software.
